What
What is MonX Design?
MonX Design will change how you see design. MXD will bring the greatest design into the lives of every person - that is our mission.
1st Step - Mastering home design fundamentals.
2nd Step - We use our mastery to create authentic experiences across the World, starting with Canada.
Tiny Homes - The current iteration of the MXD experience - a flexible and scalable format.
What are MXD tiny homes? They are homes built to make the MXD experience accessible in the form of short-term stays (vacation rentals, guest homes, tiny resorts). Tiny homes are a great format as they create a mobile package that has the potential to be able to be setup anywhere (thanks to the development of off-grid technology).
Who
Who is MonX Design?
The Founder: Brandon Mills
Brandon Mills built his first tiny home in 2021, we now call it the HONE Retreat. This tiny home was an experiment and a challenge. The goal was to create a uniquely honest, innovative, and minimalistic space that could also offer a fantastic experience for guests.
He used his unique skills in design and construction… and lots of extensive research, to create this prototype that is the building block of MonX Design.

Why
Why MonX Design?
Why does MonX Design exist?
MXD exists to bring beauty to an increasingly dystopian world. We see that the design of homes and products has moved too far away from what is human and grounded.
Humans long for design that “feels right” because it is made with them in mind. This has led to a rise in those seeking experiences (such as those on Airbnb) that offer authenticity.
We began offering honest experiences in reaction to the demand that continues to grow. Our rental spaces don’t rely on demand from travelers who frequent an area, instead our spaces attract their own demand.
Why choose MXD?
Estimated 18% Returns per year.
MonX Design uses a fundamental approach that will stand the test of time. Your investment should last your lifetime - we won’t compromise on innovative design that will make a lifetime possible.
