Our program offers a 5% commission on the sale price of any confirmed sales generated through your referral. With our tiny homes priced up to $180,000, this can translate into a substantial reward. We're looking for partners who can connect us with individuals or businesses interested in breaking into the short-term rental market but unsure of where to start. By referring these prospective clients to us, you can earn rewards while providing a value-added service to your network.

Participation:

Participating is straightforward. Once you identify a potential client, simply connect them to us via our website or sales team, and we'll take care of the rest, keeping you updated on their journey from prospect to client. We believe that this program not only provides you with a financial incentive, but also the satisfaction of knowing you've helped someone gain access to a profitable and sustainable venture in the short-term rental market.

5% Commission:

Up to $7000/sale

*The 5% commission rate will only be available on the first 4 home sales, after which the rate will be 3% (may be subject to change)
