Pushing the Limits

Building so much into a tiny space is a challenge, and the costs of construction have increased over the last few years in a big way. Despite this we know that we need to fight to keep the costs of our homes as low as possible. Fitting so much into a tiny home that costs less than $150k is a challenge we’re taking on!

Construction Location and Standards

Building in Canada and pushing for Canadian manufacturing is crucial to us, as Canadians ourselves. With this in mind we will do whatever it takes to achieve lower costs and compete in the market - which may include some manufacturing process being outsourced to countries that can meet the manufacturing capacity. We believe that Canada can produce manufactured homes at an affordable cost in the future but it is a major challenge that will take time and investment.
